摘要：该文在分析“保健食品检验技术”课程特点及目前课程思政教学现状的基础上，提出了“理论-实验-思政”三位一体的“保健食品检验技术”课程思政建设的内容、方法和措施。通过项目式教学，将思政元素融入理论教学课堂；在实验教学中，采用基于构思、设计、实施和运作（CDIO）理念，以“问题引导、自主设计、合作探究”的方式完成实验检测项目，再现思政元素，学生感同身受，教学效果事半功倍。通过课程学习和实践，学生不仅掌握了保健食品感官、理化、功效成分和有害物质分析测定方法和技能，对毕业后从事保健食品检验工作所需职业道德和素养也有了更深的理解，实现了学生检测知识、技能与思想政治的同步提升和全面培养。

Course Ideological and Political Design and Practice of the“Health Food Inspection Technology”with“Theory-Experiment-Ideology and Politics”Trinity

Abstract: In this paper， based on analysis of the characteristics of the“Health Food Inspection Technology”course and the current situation of course ideological and political teaching，the course ideological and political construction content， methods and measures of “Health Food Inspection Technology” were put forward with “Theory- Experiment- Ideology and Politics” trinity. Ideological and political elements were integrated into the theoretical teaching classroom through project-style teaching. In the experimental teaching， adopting the CDIO concept of “Conceive， Design， Implement and Operate”， the method of “Problem Guidance， Independent Design and Cooperative Inquiry”was used to complete the experimental testing project. Ideological and political elements were reappeared to let the students feel familiar， the teaching effect was doubled with half effort. Through the course study and practice， students not only master the sensory， physicochemical， functional ingredient，and harmful substance analysis and determination methods and skills of health food，but also have a deeper understanding of the professional ethics and quality required for health food inspection job after graduation， so as to realize the synchronous improvement and comprehensive training of students’ inspection knowledge，skill and ideology and politics.
